Paediatric Speech and Language Therapy Across East London.
Helping your child build confidence in communication and connection, with support for safe, enjoyable feeding and mealtimes.
Munch and Communicate is a neuro-affirming, family-centred paediatric speech and language therapy practice based in East London. Led by Rinay Kullen, an experienced Speech and Language Therapist, we provide highly individualized support for children with diverse communication and swallowing needs. Our mission is to create a warm, inclusive environment where every child and young person is empowered to build confidence, connect with others, and thrive at their own pace.

We provide specialist support for a diverse range of needs, ensuring every child receives the tailored care they deserve.
A simple, supportive 3-step process tailored to your child's unique communication and feeding needs.

Reach out to us via email, phone call, or WhatsApp. We will then arrange a convenient time for an initial phone call to learn more about your child’s communication and feeding strengths and needs. Together, we will decide whether an initial assessment is the right next step.

We will book an initial assessment at a time and date that works for you and your child. This assessment may include: A detailed case history discussion with families, observation of your child in a play-based, child-led context, direct assessment of communication and/or feeding skills and feedback and discussion of initial findings, collaborative goal-setting and agreeing a tailored therapy plan.

Therapy sessions are then delivered and fully individualised for your child. We work in close collaboration with families throughout, providing ongoing strategies and guidance to support the generalisation of skills in everyday environments at home. We also share relevant information and recommendations with your child’s nursery or school, with consent, to support a consistent, team-based approach across all settings.
